Responsibilities
1. Expertise in maintenance within an entity, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and robotics maintenance (corrective, preventive, and predictive).
2. Expertise in automation and robotic devices, especially Schneider products.
3. Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes, including process design, ergonomics, capacity planning, simulation tools, investment analysis, cost analysis, and performance evaluation.
4. Hierarchical responsibilities involving people management and budget accountability, demonstrating strong leadership skills to achieve objectives.
5. Leading continuous improvement initiatives for the site.
Competencies
1. Ability to apply change management methodologies to implement business priorities successfully, on time and within budget.
2. Proficiency in integrating related technologies into digital workflows around planning, innovation, operations, results measurement, customer interaction, and employee engagement to create business value.
3. Digital literacy, including internet, ICT, media, and information literacy.
4. Knowledge of health and safety concepts to develop safe working conditions and practices.
5. Ability to identify, analyze, and improve manufacturing process limits.
6. Alignment of maintenance activities with safety, manufacturing, and customer demands.
7. Proficiency in continuous improvement methods such as Go Do It, A3, 8D, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste, variation, and defects.
8. Strong communication skills to present arguments convincingly, understand others' needs, and build support through integrity and consistency.
9. Customer-centric approach, focusing on total experience and lifecycle, fostering win-win partnerships.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles or in an industrial setting.
* Proficiency in English at a high level (C1).
* Industry experience, with valuable knowledge of Medium/High Voltage products.
