Join the ITSM Platform team supporting one of Europe’s leading consumer electronics retailers, where you will play a key role in the configuration, development, and support of their IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. Operating in a dynamic technical environment, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure the ITSM platform evolves in line with business needs and delivers high-quality service management across the organization.The person is going to be working with Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform.Main responsibilities:Manage the configuration, maintenance, and basic development of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform under guidanceLead the integration of the ITSM tool by performing basic testing and documentation of system interfacesApply ITSM processes and contribute to following ITIL best practicesAct as a support liaison, helping to coordinate with the client and third-party vendors on reported issues and minor improvementsAdvanced knowledge of databases, including MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.Ensure routine development tasks adhere to agile principles and internal standardsProvide first and second-line technical support for ITSM-related applications and user interfacesCore skills/experience:4+ working with ITSM platforms such as Ivanti Neurons, ServiceNow, Cherwell, or BMC Remedy.Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.Hands-on experience with system integration, configuration, and support.Strong skills in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).Advanced knowledge of databases, including MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.Familiarity with HTML, XML, and working with web services/APIs.Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlinesWhat's on offer?Permanent contractHybrid work model (4 days per month in the office)23 days holidaysBirthday off10% discount on all the company’s productsLanguages CoursesSpecific trainingMedical insuranceMulticultural work environmentCareer Growth OpportunitiesOur recruitment process?Step 1: Interview with a member of our teamStep 2: Interview with the hiring managerStep 3: Interview with the team´s Director
