Scope:
* Analysis and design of the revenue recognition model in SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting).
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and SAP RAR functionality during the project implementation.
* Collaborate with other project team members to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
* Design, configure, and test the SAP RAR solution to meet business needs.
* Provide support for troubleshooting and resolution of issues during the project lifecycle.
* Simplify processes, enable new ways of working and stay competitive by increasing efficiency across all functions.
Skills:
* Minimum of 10 years total experience as SAP solution consultant in Finance area including:
* 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) component in the role of senior or lead consultant
* Hands‑on experience in implementing SAP RAR within S/4HANA environments (2x implementations)
* Experience with revenue accounting rules, event‑based revenue postings, and contract management
* Very good understanding of IFRS 15/ASC 606 compliance and revenue recognition processes
* Experience with Optimized Contract Management and Optimized Inbound Processing (OIP) with integration to SD
* Thorough understanding of RTR and OTC processes preferably from transport related sectors.
* Experience working in a global environment with many different cultures. Excellent online collaboration skills.
* Strong experience in working with complex IT environment including integrations to various SAP and non‑SAP systems
