For almost 100 years NRF is a leading manufacturer and supplier of spare parts for the Automotive Aftermarket. NRF also has a strong presence in the maritime, railway and industrial sectors. NRF employs more than 500 people at 9 different locations in Europe. NRF distributes its products to customers in more than 80 countries worldwide. The NRF marketing team consists of 20 people which are spread across all locations.
Your mission
NRF is very active and successful on social media with general and local channels on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Our online strategy has set a benchmark in the industry, inspiring others in our sector. Now, we need to speed up and take it to the next level. As our new Social Media Specialist, your mission is to grow our online impact. You will extend the success of our general channels and build a community on our local channels. Your focus will be on reaching our target audience, increasing global brand awareness, and generating demand. You will cooperate closely with our internal content creators. Your aim is to use the content and make it visible, everywhere!
Responsibilities and teamwork:
> Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
> Grow the amount of followers and create a community on each channel.
> Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
> Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities
> Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
> Advice internally and implement new changes, based on results and figures
> Run paid social media campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions > Assist in partnership collaborations to create maximum visibility of these activities
What do you bring:
You are a creative, results-oriented person with a winner’s mentality!
> You have minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position
> You have proficient English language skills, both written and spoken
> Proficiency in social media management tools (like Hootsuite) > Experience with social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, etc.). > Ability to analyse data and adjust strategies accordingly.
