As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the social media accounts of our clients that will drive engagement, generate leads, and increase conversions for our clients. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
• Developing and managing monthly social media plans for our clients on both Instagram and Facebook
• Setting up and optimizing Facebook Business accounts for our clients
• Creating Facebook/Instagram Advertisements via Meta Business Suite for various clients, while monitoring their performance and discussing the statistics with the clients
• Demonstrating creativity and innovation when it comes to testing different approaches and figuring out what works best for advertising posts
• Providing training and guidance to interns for supporting your work
• Collaborating with graphic designers and account specialists to deliver high-quality social media content that aligns with our clients' branding and messaging
• Developing and executing growth strategies to scale both client and company social media accounts
• Identifying new digital opportunities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
• Staying up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep our strategies ahead of the curve
The adecuado candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Proficiency in English language spoken and written.
• Ability to take ownership and be responsible for your own projects
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, social media channels
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and requirements
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and taking initiative to drive projects forward
• Strong organizational skills to manage your own weekly planning and deadlines
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
