Develop the consumer business in an assigned sales territory through collaboration with an appointed distributor, ensuring effective Territory Coverage Model implementation to achieve revenue and marketing objectives.Lead in developing the assigned sales areas to be sustainable and competitive by executing strategic programs supporting sales targets.Develop Key Account strategies aligned with channel strategy, ensuring optimal visibility, profitability, and market share.Support the Customer Development Group Manager in implementing plans, ensuring proper product assortment, availability, visibility, and pricing.Ensure proper deployment of promotional materials and visibility initiatives.Conduct account analysis on volume, brand performance, competitors' activities, and industry trends to optimize account plans.Deliver results against OKRs.Coordinate with third-party agencies on merchandising, visibility, and promotional objectives, monitoring execution and compliance.Monitor product quality and manage returns effectively.Regularly review floaters report, address AR balances beyond 30 days, and coordinate actions with stakeholders.Qualifications
Graduate of Business Management or related course.At least 5 years of sales management experience in FMCG.Operational background in General Trade.Strong accountability, organization, and result-oriented mindset.Analytical with keen attention to detail.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.What’s in it for you
