Construction Project Manager responsible for coordinating the delivery of real estate projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
* Engaging positively with customers and developing, growing, and maintaining customer relationships.
* Delivering high-quality services and deliverables that meet customer requirements.
* Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent, or project manager.
* Acting as the primary point of contact between the owner and project teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and effective collaboration among stakeholders.
* Producing and presenting to customers.
* Preparing bids for services.
* Managing service delivery for profit.
* Coaching and encouraging employees to develop their potential.
* Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within the business unit.
* Advising directors promptly of any issues that may impact projects or professional indemnity insurance.

About The Candidate
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
* Experience managing major construction projects in Spain (buildings / commercial real estate).
* 4-7 years of professional experience.
* Excellent knowledge of national technical requirements in construction.
* Understanding of legislation affecting building contracts.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Methodical approach to work.
* Strong problem-solving, negotiation, financial, and numeracy skills.
* Proficiency in ICT tools, especially MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage teams.
* English: B2 or higher (verbal and written).
* Knowledge of Catalan is a plus.
Qualifications
* Degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
