Requirements brDegree in Fashion Design or related field brPrevious experience of minimum 5 years in fashion design brStrong knowledge of fabrics, materials and garment construction techniques brAbility to interpret trends and translate them into commercial and brand-aligned designs brAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop brHigh level of creativity combined with strong product sensibility and commercial awareness brStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines brProactive attitude and strong teamwork mindset brFluent Spanish English Key Responsibilities brDesign and develop garments aligned with seasonal concepts, brand identity and market needs brCreate mood boards, colour palettes, prints, graphics and technical sketches for collections brResearch trends, fabrics, materials and new techniques to ensure innovative and competitive product proposals brWork closely with Product Development and Buying teams to ensure designs are aligned with price positioning and business strategy brFollow up garment development from concept to final sample, ensuring quality and design integrity brCollaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure feasibility and correct execution of designs brPrepare technical documentation and support fittings when required brMonitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and product improvements brEnsure collections respect timing, calendar milestones and internal processes
