We are looking for a Graphic Design Manager to lead and contribute to the creation of visually compelling, brand-aligned assets across digital and marketing channels.
In this hands-on role, you'll design content for web, email, social media, and sales materials while managing a team, overseeing workflows, and ensuring creative consistency that supports business goals and drives engagement.Job Title
Graphic Design ManagerResponsibilitiesDesign and produce visually engaging assets for digital channels, including landing pages, blog posts, email campaigns, social media graphics, and sales presentations.Create visually appealing PDF sales sheets, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and data visualizations to support internal and external marketing efforts.Serve as a brand resource ensuring compliance with established brand standards across all creative outputs, including templates and web content.Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) to produce high quality, visually consistent materials.Apply AI tools for workflow efficiency such as content generation, translation, and remixing to enhance design productivity.Manage and triage incoming design requests via project management systems (Adobe Workfront or ServiceNow), assigning tasks and tracking progress.Act as a liaison between requesters and designers, facilitating clear communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consensus on priorities and outcomes.Coach, guide, and support team members to uphold high design standards and foster a collaborative, solutions oriented environment.Ensure marketing and communication projects adhere to timelines and align with broader business objectives.About The Adecuado CandidateHolds a university degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.5 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or user experience, ideally in a matrixed or customer focused organization.2 to 3 years of leadership experience within a design or creative team with proven ability to coach and develop others.Strong skills in layout design, color theory, and visual composition.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable with other design tools.Familiarity with project management systems (Adobe Workfront, ServiceNow) and experience managing design workflows through them.Demonstrated success in driving user engagement and delivering large scale digital marketing campaigns.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, able to mediate between creative and business perspectives to achieve alignment.A collaborative, detail oriented professional who thrives in fast paced environments and brings both creative vision and operational discipline to every project.What We Can Offer YouA critical mission and purpose – Power the future of travel;A truly global DNA – Work with teams and customers around the world;Great opportunities to learn – From on-the-job training to formal learning;A caring environment – Supporting both professional growth and personal well-being;A complete rewards offer – Including salary, bonus, and health benefits;A flexible working model – Work where and how you perform best;A diverse, equitable, and inclusive community – Where everyone belongs;A reliable company – Built on trust and long-term relationships.Diversity & Inclusion
