A fast-growing deep tech organisation at the intersection of biology and artificial intelligence is seeking a Project Manager to support scientific and client-facing initiatives. The company develops advanced computational biology solutions that enable precision in oncology, genomics, proteomics, neuroscience, and autoimmune disease research helping accelerate discovery and decision-making across the life sciences.
The Role
This position bridges science, data, and strategy, ideal for someone with a strong academic foundation and outstanding communication skills. You'll coordinate multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners, while translating complex scientific outcomes into clear, engaging narratives.
Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional projects across biology, computational science, and pharma domains.
Serve as the key contact for clients and collaborators, maintaining clarity, structure, and professionalism in all communications.
Deliver exceptional presentations, reports, and slide decks to communicate scientific progress and insights effectively.
Align internal stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
Contribute to proposals and support strategic planning discussions with partners.
Requirements
PhD in Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
Excellent presentation and communication skills able to simplify and visualise complex scientific data.
Background in either oncology, genomics, proteomics, neuroscience, and autoimmune disease.
Experience in consulting or pharma environments is a MUST.
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Polished, structured, and detail-oriented approach.
