We are part of a hospitality group that manages over 1200 accommodation units, such as short-term rentals, hotels, and other unique stays; as well as 10 F&B assets, across multiple countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (Hotels and F&B) to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the brand presence in the market. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.

Based in HQ Barcelona -Team: Local sales reps + potential key accounts (depending on growth)

Your Journey

* Be the group’s sales reference. Your scope includes hotels, restaurants, and (when relevant) short-term rentals. Focus: B2B, MICE, corporate, agencies, groups. You’ll coordinate local teams and define global commercial priorities from HQ — creating strong partnerships and boosting direct revenue.
* Build and implement the group’s annual sales plan (by unit, country, channel).
* Develop key account relationships (corporates, DMCs, agencies, clubs, etc.).
* Drive cross-selling between hotels, F&B, and other business lines.
* Supervise local sales reps (e.g. Sinaia).
* Define structure: by country, vertical, or strategic accounts.
* Train, align, and motivate the team towards clear targets.
* Close direct corporate & group deals.
* Position F&B spaces for events and partnerships.
* Collaborate with chefs and GMs to align offerings with demand.
* Explore B2B in STR where relevant (corporates, relocation, nomads).
* Coordinate local actions if value is clear.
* Co-create the sales narrative with marketing & product.
* Build sales decks and pitch materials by segment.
* Oversee targeted campaigns if needed.
* Track key KPIs: leads, conversion, avg. ticket, forecast, etc.
* Detect deviations and propose action plans.
* Ensure strong visibility and alignment with HQ.

What do you bring to your trip

* Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry.
* Previous experience in tech-enabled or scale-up environments: We are looking for someone who has worked in growing companies with a scaling culture, constant change, a fluid structure, and a focus on efficiency.
* Strong understanding of the hospitality market and customer behavior.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master ́s degree is a plus.
* Result-oriented and proactive.
* Proficiency in English & Spanish.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
