The role will coordinate firm‐wide change and communications activities, help drive AI skill building, operationally assist the global network of change champions, help measure adoption, impact, and value creation, and prepare reporting materials.

How You Will Create An Impact
Communications: Translate AI initiatives into practical, relevant messaging tailored to different audiences by supporting internal adoption campaigns for AI tools and technology‐enabled processes, and creating and coordinating clear, audience‐appropriate communication materials such as announcements, updates, FAQs, presentation materials, infographics and promotional videos.
AI feature testing: Coordinate testing and pilot coordination of new AI tools and features, capturing user feedback and identifying usability issues, adoption barriers, improvement opportunities and preparing user‐facing materials reflecting real day‐to‐day needs.
AI training management: Maintain and develop practical enablement materials (e.g., prompt libraries) and support coordination of demos and training sessions, including content preparation and follow‐ups. Collect user needs, use cases, and feedback to continuously improve training content in collaboration with Learning & Skills Development.
Monitoring metrics: Manage tracking and analysis of adoption and engagement metrics (e.g., usage data, surveys, training participation, business impact indicators) to identify trends and improvement areas.
Reporting: Coordinate preparation of structured reports and materials (e.g., presentations, infographics) for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
Champions network: Manage coordination and communication within the AI champions network, including distribution of materials, facilitating engagement, and redirecting queries to relevant teams.
Your Profile
Required: 5+ years of experience in internal communications, change, training coordination, project coordination, PMO, or programme support.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, business, psychology, HR, marketing, or related field.
Experience in consulting, corporate functions or another fast‐paced multi‐cultural business environment. Experience supporting AI, digital, Knowledge Management, or technology‐enabled change initiatives would be a strong advantage.
Outstanding English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
Highly organized, pragmatic, and execution‐focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong numeric thinking and confidence working with adoption data, survey results, and usage metrics.
Strong digital collaboration skills and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are required. Experience using intranet platforms, MS Teams and SharePoint, including building and updating simple SP microsites would be an advantage.
Fluency using ChatGPT or other AI‐supported writing and analysis tools, with the ability to apply them responsibly to internal communications.
History of being a "to‐go" person for advice on structured prompts, building simple AI assistants (custom GPTs) or similar features would be a strong advantage.
Experience with a broader variety of AI tools (Claude, Synthesia, Copilot, HubSpot, Whispr, etc.), UX and survey tools is a plus.
