Main responsibilities:
* Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety procedures and regulations.
* Contract nomination, deliveries application and invoicing processing for the WE crushing plants and 3rd parties’ warehouses.
* Reconciliation of WE crushing plants deliveries and 3rd parties’ warehouses deliveries & stocks.
* Cost & accruals input and control.
* Approval and posting of vendors invoices.
* Proactively respond to all customer queries and requests, in a timely manner.
* General administrative tasks, reports and control follow up.
* Participate in Continuous Improvement and Business Development projects.
We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate:
* Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Quality or related field.
* 2-3 years of experience is desirable.
* Advanced in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
* Computer proficiency (MS Office, Analytical tools).
* SAP experience is desirable.
