Job Title: Procurement Manager – Projects & Assets

A leading international group is looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement for a diverse portfolio of high‑value hospitality and lifestyle assets across global locations.
This role involves sourcing, supplier management, and procurement strategy for construction, FF&E;, and operational supply chains, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery in a dynamic, multi‑project environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in large, structured organizations with multi‑site or multi‑project exposure and thrive in fast‑paced, international settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, assess, and onboard suppliers and manufacturers
- Develop and execute procurement strategies in line with group standards
- Oversee daily procurement operations and internal workflow coordination
- Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules
- Maintain supplier databases, procurement records, and documentation
- Collaborate with inventory and operations teams on supply needs
- Contribute to budget planning for projects and asset refurbishments
- Support tender (RFQ/RFP) processes alongside senior procurement leadership
- Work with logistics partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless supply
- Assign tasks and coordinate procurement team activities
- Travel occasionally for supplier visits, trade shows, and quality inspections
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years’ procurement experience in hospitality, real estate, FF&E;, or large‑scale refurbishment
- Background in a major group or multi‑asset organization
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
- Experience with ERP and procurement/project management systems
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international projects
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsFluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Familiarity with materials, manufacturing, and international standards for hospitality/commercial projects
