Introduction and Overview

As the need for integral eye health grows, we continue to grow with it, providing powerful, proven technologies that help people all over the world experience the visual freedom to live their lives to their fullest potential. We would like to lead this journey, connecting with our current and future contact lens wearers by driving strategic partnerships with our retailer customers to enable us to connect with contact lenses customers in both the traditional bricks and mortar and the e-commerce channels.

Currently, we are seeking for the SALES MANAGER VISION CARE for IBERIA, a mid-size market of the Vision Care business and is part, in a cluster of countries with Italy, of the Western Europe region.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, shaping, directing and coaching the field sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed established sales targets through a seamless execution. Travel time: 60%

Member of the local management team; will play a key pivotal role between strategy and execution, with a continuous improvement and feedback approach.

Collaboration and alignment with internal stakeholders: Marketing, Key Accounts, Professional Education, Analytics, etc

**DIRECT REPORTS**:Area account managers

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the AAM's team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Design the Independents channel strategy and actively collaborate with the Global Business Plan priorities and objectives.
- Ensure excellence in execution in all field activities (E2E, Marketing activations, etc)
- Design the sales incentives scheme for AAMs aligned with EMA guidelines
- Active role in designing and leading POA meetings and its content
- Ensure achievement of Iberia SFE metrics
- Provide input to anticipate customer needs/solution approach
- Coach and mentor sales team members
- Ensure the sales team follows the correct processes in compliance and business integrity.
- Champion Credo & D&I;: Ensure that the organization is Credo focused, has passion and is motivated to win. Promote diversity, equity & inclusion.
- Foster an environment for innovation with measured risk taking through high engagement and an expectation to innovate and change.

**PEOPLE MANAGEMENT**

Lead, coach and motivate Sales team.

Leads and drives the sales coaching and training plans aligned with business manager

Leads recruitment process in alignment with business manager

Retains and develops high performers and high potentials within the sales force

Follows the definition and implementation of improvement plans.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum education required for competent performance: Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
- Solid Experience in Sales preferably in FMCG / OTC, MedTech / Pharma can be considered
- Experience in Category management and KA dynamics, in development of Strategies for Professionals, with willingness to spend a large amount of Customer facing time
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent English and Spanish
