Senior IT Business Analyst - SCIB Malaga

As a Senior IT Business Analyst, your mission will be to raise the users needs and problems in their daily basis and how we can help them to solve them.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions.
- Link between stakeholders and development team.
- Define end-to-end workflow specifications.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Foresee customer journeys and business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement.
- Supporting the product owner with decision making.
Supporting business transition and helping to establish change:
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
- Finance products supply chain.
- Update products functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
Definition of test plans and their execution to ensure that the software meets the users functional needs. Supporting service incidents:
- Support BAU team in production incidents and functional doubts.
Active participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques:
- Analysing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and drawing processes.
- Continuous improvement (dailies, planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc.).
EXPERIENCE:
- Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master.
- +7 years of experience in banking projects related to financial solutions. ESG and Guarantees products would be a plus.
EDUCATION:
- Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master.
SKILLS KNOWLEDGE:
- Deep domain expertise (lending, payments, compliance).
- Advanced knowledge of system integrations.
- Agile leadership.
- Good communications skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Good change management.
- User level knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Excel, etc.
- Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.
- Spanish would be a plus.
- Technical background would be a plus.
