Due to new business challenges, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager, who will report to the Business Unit Director and will manage the following responsibilities :
* Develop, implement and execute Specialty Care Business Unit products brand plans and future launches premarketing strategy. Therapeutical Areas : Nephrology and Oncohematology
* Responsible for the management of all brand related activities through a customer centric approach.
* Ensure Brand plan implementation in the field.
* Work together with EU Bran Team (headquarters) to adapt EU strategies at a local level.
* Build strong relationships with main KOLs and medical societies.
* Manage budget and resources appropriately.
* Collaborate with internal departments (Market Access, Medical, Legal, Compliance) acting as a project manager.
Key requirements :
* Health Science Degree, plus a master or specialization in pharmaceutical marketing.
* 5 years experience in similar roles in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
* Customer centric focus, leadership, influence, creativity, project management.
* Very valuable : experience in Nephrology or Oncohematology therapeutical areas.
* Must have a high level of English
