We seek a Trainee for the European Shared Service Team based in Barcelona, who will collaborate with professionals delivering services to various affiliates across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, process, and accurately validate suppliers' invoices.
* Resolve invoice errors and discrepancies to ensure timely processing.
* Maintain excellent supplier relations as a primary point of contact for inquiries.
* Collaborate in preparing the payment cycle according to internal control frameworks.
Requirements:
* Possibility of being a trainee (currently studying) for 6-12 months under a scholarship agreement.
* High level of English and Spanish proficiency is essential.
* General knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger, and purchasing processes is required.
* A team player with flexibility, capacity to learn diverse tasks, and openness to change.
About the Role:
* Possibility to work 3 days in the office (Barcelona) and 2 days from home.
* Part-time position with 5-6 working hours, flexible schedule, and morning hours.
