Inside Sales Associate
Propalimer is a family‑owned juice and specialty ingredients solutions group that develops, manufactures, and markets a wide range of high‑quality juice‑based solutions and functional ingredients. We serve over 600 customers in 60 countries with a global manufacturing network of 10 facilities.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer support by analysing, processing, and responding to customer and sales team needs.
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues.
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
* Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
* Assist with closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
* Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
* Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
* Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
* Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Qualifications
* 2 years of inside sales experience.
* BA/BS degree or equivalent.
* Very good English skills.
* Other languages, such as German and French, will be an advantage.
* Strong phone presence and experience making a high volume of calls per day.
* Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
* Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Strong listening and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. xpzdshu
