Responsibilities: Support the Influencer Lead in shaping and executing multi-market influencer strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. Manage end-to-end campaign delivery - from concept and creator outreach to content reviews, approvals, and final wrap-up reports. Coordinate with creators across markets, ensuring local nuances and brand guidelines are reflected in every piece of content. Handle campaign communications briefing, reviewing, and aligning content to ensure everything’s accurate, on-brand, and on time. Track KPIs, performance, and budgets across multiple regions, optimising campaigns to deliver measurable ROI. Maintain accurate data, contracts, and cost tracking, ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule and within scope. Collaborate closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding client service and long-term partnerships built on trust and creativity. Contribute to new business opportunities by identifying brands that feel like a perfect match for Saku’s approach. Stay curious - research trends, tools, and emerging talent to keep Saku ahead of the curve.
Requirements: Proven experience managing influencer campaigns across multiple markets (agency or brand side). A strong understanding of the global creator landscape and what drives performance across regions. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills - with both clients and creators. A data-informed mindset and comfort managing budgets, reporting, and campaign optimisation. A proactive, detail-driven, and collaborative approach - with a passion for building authentic, high-impact campaigns.
