As a key member of the Occupational Risk Prevention Service (SPP), you will support staff as a technician specialist in safety, hygiene, psychosocial, and ergonomics.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Implementing external and internal HSE regulations and ensuring compliance with legislation.
* Identifying unsafe conditions and promoting safety awareness and behaviors.
* Conducting training for employees according to a training plan.
* Leading safety inspections and assisting in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
* Investigating, analyzing, and documenting accidents, incidents, and observations to enable the department to implement preventive and corrective actions.
* Identifying HSE requirements for external contractors.
What does it take to become our new team member?
* University degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Environmental or technical areas, or a degree in HSE management.
* HSE training as required by local legislation, such as Technical Outstanding Health and Safety at Work with at least two specialties.
* Experience working with HSE on the shop floor in the chemical industry or similar, with experience from an SPP or SPA being desirable.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with HSE software (e.g., D4, Assure) is beneficial.
* Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO50001 is valuable.
* Ability to communicate clearly and consistently in Spanish, Catalan, and English, both written and verbal.
