About the role

We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our Go-To-Market team in Spain.

This role is about much more than selling it’s about partnering with leading consumer brands to transform how they engage their customers using AI.

You’ll be responsible for building and growing a strong pipeline of D2C and retail brands that want to adopt conversational AI to drive business outcomes, from sales conversion and upsell to customer support and retention.

You’ll become an expert in how AI Agents can drive measurable results across the customer journey and help brands unlock new growth opportunities through automation and personalization.


What you’ll do

* Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across D2C and consumer verticals in Spain
* Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities where Permut’s AI Agents can drive engagement, revenue, and efficiency
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market efforts and ensure successful onboarding
* Maintain deep understanding of the AI and CX landscape: trends, competitors, and emerging customer needs


Requirements

* 3–5 years of sales experience in SaaS or technology companies, ideally with exposure to AI, marketing tech, CX platforms, or automation tools
* Proven track record of exceeding targets and managing full-cycle sales in a fast-paced environment
* Experience selling to marketing, eCommerce, or CX leaders in consumer brands
* Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technology into clear, ROI-driven value
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging at C-level
* Fluent in Spanish and English, with a deep understanding of the D2C and retail landscape in Spain
* Curious, resilient, and obsessed with creating value for customers
