Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives across the site, partnering with local departments leaders to deploy, standardize, and sustain operational excellence through effective KPI controlling and performance management.Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis (5Why, A3), PFMEA, control plans, and Kaizen events.Eliminate inefficiencies (non-added value activities, lean waste, Muda (waste), Muri (overburden) and Mura (unevenness)") to stabilize production lines, increase output, and reduce operational costsPerform process characterization, capability studies, tolerance stack-ups, and statistical analysis to establish process windows and control limits.SOPs, work instructions, change notices, training materials. Bachelor's Degree in engineering, industrial or organization preferred.Problem-solvingTime managementMicrosoft Office, Autocad, SolidWorks, D365, PowerBI, AlphacamFluent in Spanish and EnglishExperience Requirements:4-5 years of experience working as a Process/Manufacturing EngineerExperience with CAD-CAM software, wood machining preferred.Experience working with 2D/3D CAD SoftwareProven experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement implementations
