The OpportunitySupport the Sustainability team in managing the reporting platform, controlling access, organizing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll get to do
Manage users' access, permissions, roles, and groups (internal and external users).
Ensure effective coordination and communication among areas.
Control the transversal control over external users (auditors, graphic design).
Update and maintain the platform's folder architecture and documents.
Support reporting, follow‐up actions, and process improvements.
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience: Technical mindset (engineering or similar), analytical and critical thinking skills, process oriented.
Languages: Spanish and English, other languages are a plus.
Competencies: Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, proactivity, and problem‐solving.
Specific knowledge required: Excel and document management tools. Basic knowledge of sustainability/ESG reporting is a plus.
