We're European Sales Group, a fast-growing French-founded company based in Barcelona, specialising in outsourced B2B sales. We're now looking for our first-ever Sales Enablement Lead/ Sales Trainer (VIE contract), a key role that will directly shape how our SDR team to ramp, learn, and grow.
#You'll be the backbone of our Sales organisation, enabling our teams to perform at a higher level & faster. Designing and rolling out ongoing training modules (prospecting, discovery, objection handling, etc.)
Running regular coaching sessions (1:1 and group)
Embedding a consistent sales methodology across all teams
Tracking enablement impact through clear KPIs and performance metrics
2+ years' experience in B2B sales, ideally including 1 year as a BDR/SDR + 1 year as an AE
~ Strong understanding of the full sales cycle
~ Fluent in French & English (Spanish is a plus)
~ Close collaboration with Sales Leadership & SalesOps
