JOB PURPOSE

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Distributor management

1. Identify potential operators in coordination with the Business Developer
2. Prioritize prospecting based on channel potential
3. Customer acquisition visits
4. Negotiation (portfolio, pricing, promotions, discounts, freezers, and point‑of‑sale visibility materials)
5. Coordinate negotiation with the Culinary Specialist when the operator has different buyers and requires both specialists (IC and Culinary)
6. Customer development visits and review of agreement implementation
7. Ad‑hoc proposals (promotional and visibility materials)
8. Visits based on identified potential risks or reactive requests from the operator

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience & Qualifications

9. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or similar
10. 1–2 years of previous experience in a similar role within the HORECA and/or convenience channel is desirable
11. Experience and knowledge of the FMCG sector is valued; other experience, such as pharmaceutical or tobacco industries, is also considered an asset
12. Strong analytical and commercial skills with a holistic business view, strategic market vision, and a proactive, action‑oriented mindset
13. Experience in customer management
14. Excellent communicator, used to working independently and towards objectives
15. Advanced user of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
16. A high level of English is desirable
