We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented R&D; Power Electronics Validation Engineer to join our Product Innovation & Development team. You will play a key role in validating power converters and control systems, ensuring product reliability, performance, and compliance with international standards. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Plan, define, and execute validation tests for power converters and control systems.
- Analyse test results, signals, logs, and performance metrics, producing clear technical reports.
- Automate tests and maintain laboratory and HIL test benches.
- Ensure full traceability of tests from requirements to final reports.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and certification teams to improve product reliability.
- Support component and product certification and homologation processes.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Experience in validating electronic products and/or embedded software.
- Knowledge of power converters, laboratory instrumentation, and HIL systems.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Experience with standards such as UL1741, IEC62477, IEC62109, IEC60076, or grid codes is valued.
- Proactive, curious, and committed to safe work practices.
