We are looking for a Back End Developer to join our expanding technology team. In this role you will play a key role in ensuring our design, development and maintenance of our platform.You will work closely with a talented, experienced team of developers, designers, and product owners to build high-quality, scalable, and secure systems.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure back-end systems.- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate back-end systems with the user interface.- Develop and implement RESTful APIs for the front-end to consume.- Ensure our systems' availability, performance, and security by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.- Research and recommend new technologies and tools to improve our development processes and systems.- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and deployment instructions.- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.- Ensure the security of our systems through the implementation of security best practices and regular security assessments using tools such as Veracode and SonarQube.- Work closely with the product owner, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that our systems meet their needs.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience developing back-end systems using .NET and .NET Core frameworks.- Strong understanding of database design and SQL.- Experience with Windows Server, IIS and Microsoft Azure.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.- Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices for security and scalability.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex systems and find creative solutions.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.Why Join Conpend?We offer a competitive salary, a flexible and collaborative work environment and opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies.
