What's your mission?
As a CRM Specialist & Customer Service, your mission is to be the heartbeat of our commercial operations, ensuring our clients and internal teams feel supported, informed, and empowered. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, managing orders and data with precision, and driving CRM excellence to strengthen customer relationships and fuel business growth.
You’ll be the go-to person for both our sales community and our clients, helping to streamline processes, solve challenges, and make every interaction count.
🛠️ Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
CRM Excellence & Digital Enablement
* Act as Global Key User of our CRM system (Dynamics), supporting sales and customer service teams across regions.
* Lead the implementation of the Customer Service module, ensuring it meets operational needs and improves user experience.
* Participate in testing and launches (UATs), contributing ideas and feedback to enhance CRM functionality.
* Provide daily support to users via our ticketing system, resolving issues and guiding best practices.
* Maintain and update the CRM learning hub, ensuring teams have access to clear, useful training materials.
* Promote CRM adoption internally and energize the CRM Ambassadors community to foster engagement and collaboration.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and sales to align CRM workflows with business goals and drive process optimization.
Customer Service & Commercial Support
* Be the backbone of our Order-to-Cash process, using SAP / Procis to manage orders, invoices, and customer data.
* Create and follow up on Proforma invoices, technical documentation, and order updates.
* Coordinate with logistics and planning teams to ensure urgent orders are handled smoothly.
* Maintain and update our customer database, track payments, and support pricing campaigns.
* Assist Key Account Managers with daily requests, quotations, and sample coordination.
* Prepare marketing materials and promo kits, and generate olfactive pyramids using our fragrance library.
* Monitor customer projects and manage non-conformities with care and efficiency.
✅ What you need to shine in this role
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles, preferably in industrial or production sectors.
* Proven background in customer-facing operations, with a strong focus on Customer Experience (not marketing-related CRM).
* High proficiency in SAP, especially in managing orders, invoicing, and customer data.
* Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, specifically in modules related to Customer Service.
* Demonstrated ability to lead CRM module implementations, including active participation in User Acceptance Testing (UATs).
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is desirable.
* Willingness to travel up to 10% for business needs.
* Experience using ticketing systems to support internal users and resolve CRM-related issues.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Marketing, Regulatory).
