Therefore, being a NEXTER means that your career and talent become meaningful to you and those around you, allowing you to build what matters most to you and reach your next level.We are looking for a Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking sector .Support the Financial Crime Operations team by analysing alerted transactions, clients and counterparties.Conduct enhanced due diligence investigations into global client activity.Use various internal systems and 3rd-party databases to perform investigations.Gather and assess client identity and economic activity data to identify suspicious behaviour.Process and categorize data (especially for correspondent banking transactions).Document and justify whether suspicious activity is identified.Minimum 3 years of experience in AML investigations or related fields like Fraud.Strong understanding of money laundering and terrorism financing risks and typologies.Experience in Financial Services industry with knowledge of Corporate and Correspondent Banking.Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience using TM tools like Norkom, ThetaRay, AMLcheck, Actimize, and databases like Dow Jones, World Check.Excellent Spanish and English writing and reporting skills (minimum B2).Job Conditions & Benefits :
