Job Title:
Global IT Vendor Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced leader with contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and analytical skills to oversee strategic relationships with IT vendors at a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage vendor contracts, assets, performance, financials, and relationships including contract negotiations, renewals, and dispute resolution with key vendors.
* Develop and execute global IT vendor management strategies for performance and cost-effectiveness and establish KPIs and SLAs to monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with business and technical requirements.
* Mitigate risks by evaluating vendor stability, security practices, and regulatory adherence.
* Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and fostering vendor partnerships.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in IT vendor management (multi-million-dollar vendor contracts), procurement, or related IT roles in a global environment.
* Exceptional communication, relationship management skills, and stakeholder management across diverse cultural and functional backgrounds.
* Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
