We are looking for a Safety & Environment Specialist for our Safety & Environmental Office (SEO) Department. Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and contractors to enhance risk-assessment capabilities and ensure safe operations. Coordinate the scheduling and execution of SEO/HSE inspections across portfolios, ensuring inspection frequencies strictly meet both legal and corporate standards. Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department, analyzing data to support the continuous improvement of the preventive culture. Execute ad-hoc tasks, technical reports, or specific projects assigned by management to support evolving operational and business objectives. Serve as a key technical liaison for Spanish regulatory bodies regarding PRL and specific Royal Decrees, managing necessary documentation and inspections. Draft and review high-level HSE procedures for site activities. Risk Control & Incident Investigation Monitor and supervise safety measures on-site for critical works and high-risk activities, such as blade repairs, gearbox changes, or substation shutdowns. Participate in or lead the investigation of incidents and high-potential "near misses," conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions. Implement and audit Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety frameworks on-site to eliminate operational risks. Contractor Oversight & ESG Reporting Monitor site operations to ensure strict compliance with Environmental Impact Assessments (DIAs), specifically tracking biodiversity and sustainability programs. 3 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector, with a proven track record in on-site safety management for Wind and Solar PV assets, (Wind farm preferred)~ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Energy Engineering. ~ PRL Certifications in all three preventive specialities are required: Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Applied Psychosociology. ~ Spanish Native/C2 Level. Expertise in Spanish regulations, specifically Law 31/1995, RD 614/2001 (Electrical Risk), and RD 337/2014 (High-Voltage Installations). Master's degree will be highly valued. English Intermediate/Above Level (B2/C1 Level). Familiarity with Office 365.
