We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team and help coordinate innovative science communication projects. ? Your role:
You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to support the delivery of science communication projects from start to finish. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they run on time and within budget.
Assisting in the design of work plans and timelines.
Participating in the creation of proposals and client presentations.
Coordinating internal team activities (creative, content, design) to ensure smooth delivery.
Taking part in meetings with clients to understand and track project needs.
Contributing to the development of science communication strategies with guidance from senior team members.
What we’re looking for:
2 to 4 years of experience in project management, marketing, communication, or related fields.
Experience working with clients or in consumer-oriented roles.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel .
Interest or background in science or research-related environments is a plus.
