Job Responsibilities
Integrate and optimize material and information flow across the supply chain to ensure a high level of service and smooth operations
Plan and coordinate logistics resources, production, and procurement to ensure product availability, on‐time delivery, and cost efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and maintain effective stock control
Lead, coordinate, and develop the Warehouse Manager and logistics team, including workforce planning, hiring, and training
Monitor operational performance, drive continuous improvements in logistics processes, and manage supplier relationships and negotiations
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including participation in the HACCP team and support of relevant certifications
Qualifications
University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
Well organized and able to manage tasks, time, and resources effectively
Ability to identify problems, analyse information, and support practical solutions
Very good Microsoft Excel skills and very good English skills
