As a Senior Java Developer with knowledge in Java, you will play a key role in the development, customization, and maintenance of applications and backend systems for Smart TV platforms. This position requires experience in Smart TV development environments, multimedia technologies, and a deep understanding of scalable, high-performance architectures, with the goal of delivering exceptional experiences across a wide range of devices. Design and implement new features to support backend modules and improve platform functionality. Develop high-performance, reliable, secure, and scalable applications. 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java. ~ Expertise in software development best practices ( SOLID, Clean Code ), including optimization, documentation, and testing. ~ Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Framework ( Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security ), and dependency injection. ~ Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). ~ Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning. ~ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). ~ Proficiency with Git and version control best practices. ~ Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). ~ Experience working with AWS. ~ Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2+ or higher). ~ Must be residing in Spain with a valid work permit.
