In this role, you will be joining Amadeus Hey! Team within Nexwave, the Amadeus business Incubator that develops the next disruptive businesses of the travel industry. We drive innovation, deal with high uncertainty, and cultivate an intrapreneurial mindset.

You'll join a fast-growing team, building this new business at the speed of a startup, but within Amadeus, a leading global travel tech company.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales & Business Development Manager. This high-impact role is pivotal in driving growth for our business across new markets and further develop existing ones while fostering strategic partnerships and advancing our business initiatives.
As a hunter, you will independently identify and secure new business opportunities, manage customer engagements from initial contact to contract signature to positively impact our revenue growth.
Sales
* The role will be key to opening new markets like APAC and further developing META region and part of EUROPE
* Identify and capture new business opportunities
* Work with the Market and Regional Accounts to identify leads in each Market
* Full ownership of the engagement with the customer from start to contract signature; including internal stakeholders (AM and pre-sales).
* Promote and sell solutions and services through direct contacts, events and road shows
* Deliver sales presentations to senior management and demonstrate products
* Coordinate and participate in RFP/RFI responses and follow-up, when required
* Coordination of contract negotiation with the different teams involved
* Ensure that CRM information is updated and run sales reports
* Works independently, based on management directions
* May coordinate functional teams or projects and serve as a best practices/quality resource
Business Development
* Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment
* Identify and develop new business opportunities for Amadeus Hey!
* Participate and coordinate special projects related with current and future strategy
* Work with Regional teams and other internal departments to understand strategic priorities
* Be on top of the travel industry to monitor trends
* Work closely and provide proactive feedback to Marketing and Product teams to ensure adequation of our solutions to market needs
Relevant experience
* Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
* Proficient in English is required
* 8+ years’ experience in the B2B Tech industry with sales/business development responsibilities
* Previous Team leadership is appreciated.
* Knowledge and experience within the Travel Industry
* Consultative sales experience is valued
* Business Development experience
* Ability to travel
