What you will do:
* Contact potential and existing customers by phone to promote products and services
* Identify customer needs and provide accurate information to address them
* Overcome objections and close sales opportunities effectively
* Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Update customer records and follow communication scripts for consistency
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
What you bring & who you are:
* Experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
* Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
