Hello!
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Specialist Intern to support our Tender Specialist in expanding Factorial's presence in the public sector. You’ll play a key role in helping us stay organized, compliant, and efficient as we navigate public procurement processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist in preparing documentation for public tenders (RFIs, RFPs, supporting documents, etc.)
* Help track deadlines, submission dates, and requirements across multiple public sector opportunities.
* Support the Tender Specialist with formatting, organizing, and reviewing documents to ensure compliance with public procurement standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Product) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
* Maintain and update internal trackers, records, and procurement databases.
* Conduct light research on public procurement portals and new opportunities.
* Help draft administrative sections of tender responses using templates and guidelines.
What we are looking for
* A student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Law, Political Science, Public Management, or related fields.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and fluency in English.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable working with documents, deadlines, and administrative tasks.
* Interest in the public sector and/or SaaS industry is a plus!
