What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Global Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth Specialist with analytics skills and business vision to join our Global Business Development Team in our Global Headquarter (Madrid).

Mission

Supporting the TMK & RGM units by assisting in the definition and implementation of global strategies, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure proper planning, execution, and tracking. The role will contribute to driving business units towards achieving objectives through established ways of working, tools, and local support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in defining and implementing strategic guidelines and frameworks (e.g., customer segmentation, category management, perfect store, PPA playbook, pricing) to support alignment and correct local deployment of TMK & RGM levers.
- Support the communication of the TMK & RGM vision and shared objectives to local teams, providing guidance and assistance when needed.
- Contribute to the preparation of reporting and shared KPIs for business units.
- Support the development of Strategic Business Plans, ensuring TMK & RGM perspectives are reflected in the organization.
- Help maintain and update global POS toolkits and handbooks for internal teams and external agencies.
- Support budget allocation processes by providing data and analysis within the framework guidelines.
- Assist in creating shared assets for KAMs (e.g., category training materials, commercial onboarding documents, process handbooks, negotiation support).
- Collaborate with General Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure TMK & RGM initiatives align with overall business strategies and are effectively executed.
- Contribute to the TMK & RGM Community by helping consolidate resources, share best practices, and standardize content (e.g., customer segmentation methodologies, recommended planograms).

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and share insights to help stakeholders remain at the forefront of innovation.

You will need

- 4-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, or related roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Solid understanding of TMK & RGM strategies and ability to translate marketing vision into actionable plans.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, KPI tracking, and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across global and local teams.
