Experteer OverviewIn this role you will coordinate and oversee insurance accounting activities and ensure accurate reporting to support decision-making and regulatory compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams in the Finance department to manage closing processes, analyze financial metrics, and enhance data quality through robust controls. This position offers impact on regulatory reporting and strategic budgeting within an international environment, leveraging ERP systems and advanced analytics to drive informed decisions.

* Coordinate and oversee day-to-day insurance accounting activities
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
* Run quarterly closings reporting in Magnitude (internal AXA Group consolidation tool)
* Ensure accurate recording of insurance transactions (premiums, commissions, claims, reserves, reinsurance)
* Forecast commissions and perform reconciliation for Direct and Reinsurance business
* Monitor and analyze key financial metrics related to insurance operations
* Support budgeting and forecasting for insurance activities
* Maintain data information required by regulators (BNB or France regulator) and internal controls
* Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits
* Implement and improve accounting policies and internal controls to enhance data quality
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
* Provide financial insights to support management decision-making
Responsabilidades
* 5+ years experience in insurance accounting
* Solid knowledge of insurance accounting and IFRS17 / local GAAP or statutory requirements
* Experience with ERP accounting applications (Oracle Financials / PeopleSoft / SAP)
* Advanced Excel proficiency
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
* Experience in international environments and interaction with multiple stakeholders
* English fluency preferred
* Experience in management of technical reserves is a plus
