The Perfumer will also contribute to workshops, events, and immersive experiences where the art of natural perfumery is showcased to clients and the public.br/pbKey Responsibilities /bullibFragrance Creation Development /b /liliFormulate new fragrances for bespoke client briefs and Viti Vinci collections. /liliWork exclusively with natural raw materials to design high-quality, innovative perfumes. /liliDevelop olfactory identities across different product categories (fine fragrance, atmospheric, cosmetic, candles, functional blends). /li /ulpbr/pullibCreative Collaboration /b /liliPartner with the Founder and Creative team to align creations with Viti Vinci’s vision and DNA. /liliTranslate concepts and brand stories into olfactory compositions. /li /ulpbr/pullibProduct Development Support /b /liliEnsure fragrance adaptations for different supports (e.g., diffuser, candle, spray, skincare). /liliCollaborate with the production team to guarantee quality and consistency. /li /ulpbr/pullibEvents Experiences /b /liliParticipate in olfactory workshops, brand activations, and immersive experiences where the role of the perfumer is central. /liliRepresent Viti Vinci at selected events in Spain and abroad. /li /ulpbr/pullibKnowledge Research /b /liliStay up to date with developments in natural raw materials and extraction methods. /liliConduct research on olfactory trends, markets, and new opportunities for innovation. /li /ulpbr/pbSecondary Responsibilities /bulliSupport with blegislation aspects of concentrates /b to ensure compliance with IFRA and allergens. /liliAssist in blegislation aspects of final products /b in collaboration with the production and operations team. /liliCarry out bweighing of formula trials /b, when necessary, depending on the workload of the production team.br/li /ulbCandidate Profile /bullibExperience: /b Proven experience as a perfumer, with a portfolio of fragrance creations and formula development. /lilibExpertise: /b Strong knowledge of natural raw materials, extraction techniques, and their creative applications. /lilibCreativity: /b Ability to translate abstract concepts and brand values into compelling olfactory experiences. /lilibPassion: /b Genuine enthusiasm for natural perfumery and sustainable approaches. /lilibCollaboration: /b Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary creative team. /lilibFlexibility: /b Based in Palma de Mallorca, with availability for occasional travel to the UK to support expansion. /lilibLanguages: /b English (professional level).
