We are looking for Consultants with experience in CRO (Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct advanced digital behavior analysis using quantitative and qualitative data.
Define and monitor critical KPIs related to acquisition, activation, and conversion.
Design interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Adobe Analytics.
Develop measurement plans and tagging frameworks.
Configure and manage analytics, testing, and tag management tools.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments.
Develop personalization strategies based on dynamic segmentation.
Produce reports with actionable insights and prioritized recommendations.
Apply growth hacking techniques focused on continuous improvement.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and quality.

Job Requirements Mandatory
Proven experience in CRO, digital analytics, or digital marketing.
Experience with Adobe Analytics
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, heatmaps, and user journey analysis.

Experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
Mandatory certifications: Adobe Analytics
