English Speaking Growth Account Executive – English Speaking (EdTech / SaaS)
A fast-growing global Education Technology SaaS company is looking for a Growth Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with higher education and enterprise clients across Spain and Portugal. This role focuses on driving long-term customer success, account expansion, and strategic growth.
The Role
You will own a portfolio of existing enterprise customers, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive adoption, retention, and revenue expansion through consultative, value-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans across assigned institutions
* Engage senior stakeholders to understand digital learning strategies
* Present compelling value propositions aligned to customer goals
* Drive adoption, renewal, and growth of enterprise SaaS solutions
* Negotiate long-term commercial agreements
* Maintain excellent pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline
* Consistently exceed revenue targets
* Provide structured feedback to Product and Customer Experience teams
* Build strong internal cross-functional relationships
* Represent the company at key industry events and conferences
* Position yourself as a trusted advisor in the education technology space
Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish & English (additional languages highly desirable: Portuguese, French, Italian)
* Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of enterprise sales experience
* Strong consultative sales and solution-selling capability
* Experience selling SaaS / enterprise software
* Experience selling into education highly preferred
* Strong needs analysis, proposal writing, and tender management experience
* Exposure to public sector procurement processes is a plus
* Strategic, analytical, and commercially driven mindset
