To demonstrate and maintain the highest level of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests. Support daily operations of the kitchen including the stocks control of food and beverage items.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Implement the instructions given by the supervisor.Assist food planning, preparation and production.Adhere to professional standards of food presentation, production and portion control according to Company's standards and requirements.Ensure food quality, portion size, good hands in bulk production and buffet presentation to meet standards.Support the daily operations of the kitchen. Assist in stock control of food and beverage items.Maintain high standard of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.To put into effect team's cooperation and work towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system.Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.Undertake other jobs assigned by superiors from time to time.JOB REQUIREMENTS 2nd Commis: Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel & catering industry1st Commis: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel & catering industryBe polite, creative, good communication skills, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibilityAble to work independently and under pressureHave the relevant vocational training council certificate with be given priorityHaving the health supervisor or manager of health treatment certificate is preferredAble to communicate well in Spanish.
