The Opportunity
You will be responsible for formulating strategies for the professional service market and promoting service products. This includes pricing, policy management, contract promotion, and cross-functional collaboration. You will innovate service solutions and work efficiently with teams to achieve business growth while ensuring compliance with Roche's standards.
* Develop and optimize the service business model to align with Roche's overall strategy. Formulate market promotion strategies for professional services to expand in target markets.
* Create market promotion plans for professional service products, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and service policies. Design and optimize pricing systems for spare parts to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
* Calculate service costs and develop maintenance contract types and pricing to ensure reasonable and compliant terms.
* Understand market demands deeply and develop innovative service solutions, including new service models and products. Analyze competitors and develop competitive advantages.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and other departments to implement service strategies effectively.
* Handle additional projects or tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Who You Are
* Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including 3-5 years in management preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering is required.
* Proficient in spoken and written English.
* Effective communication skills across various departments and levels.
* Ability to provide customized service solutions through consultative selling.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
* Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the medical diagnostics service market, including market analysis and strategy development.
* Familiarity with relevant products and technical applications to support customers technically.
