Inside the sales area, we are searching for entry-level professionals, preferably with a technical background in an engineering degree, with the appetite for developing a career in the Sales Department of the Aeronautical Division of Gaptek.
The position will report directly to the Sales Director of the Aeronautical Division.
Experience in sales departments of the industrial or construction sectors will also be considered positively.
TASKS: This is a full-time position supporting the commercial activities of the Sales Department of the Aeronautical Division of Gaptek, mainly focusing on sales growth in the regions of Europe, Middle East, North America, and worldwide.
Proactively contact existing clients and potential clients, maintaining updated records in Gaptek's CRM system.
Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Representatives and the Sales Director as needed, with tasks allocated daily to meet customer needs.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, participate, and take minutes as directed by the Sales Director.
Ensure accuracy and meet deadlines set by the Sales Director.
Maintain and update company information systems, including CRM, databases, and spreadsheets.
Stay informed about the latest market developments and collaborate with the Marketing Department on business development efforts.
Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
Proficiency in other European languages, especially French, is a plus.
Organized with the ability to manage a CRM system effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
