Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Engineering with hand‑on experience in high‑power converter design for wind, photovoltaic or industrial applications. We require at least 5 years’ experience designing high‑power converters (>500 kW desirable, >50 kW minimum). University experience is relevant as long as it involves high‑power converters. Experience designing low power converters (<10 kW) is not relevant for this position.
- Converter topology trade‑off analysis and selection
- Converter sizing and design reports
- Converter power losses and efficiency calculation
- Converters thermal and electromechanical design
- Converter electrical components specification & selection
- Converter test definition
- Product support
- Test benches design and test benches troubleshooting
- Test reports

Qualifications For The Role
- Technical or Higher Engineering degree (preferably in electrical, industrial or electronic engineering fields)
- More than 5 years experience on power converter design, testing and certification
- English level B1‑B2
- Additional training: Software Tools required: Matlab, PLECS, PSIM. Health & Safety competences, LV equipment certification
