Position
Molecular Executive Account Málaga (Cádiz to Almería)
Major Responsibilities
* New business acquisition
* Renewals of expiring contracts or new tenders issued by existing customers, including price negotiations to ensure customers have the right prices
* Establishing value propositions and building business cases
* Post-sale involvement with customers
* Developing broad relationships with key molecular lab stakeholders, including decision-makers, clinicians, and purchasing departments
* Serving customer requests and forwarding them to the respective service departments for technical and applicational questions
* Becoming an advisor/consultant to customers on lab productivity, use, and design
* Maintaining and updating customer data in CRM, reporting activities and market data
* Responding promptly as the single point of contact for customers
Education
* Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Molecular Biology, Diagnostics, Healthcare
* Fluent in English
Background
* Experience in IVD laboratory diagnostics business
* Experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory if strong in molecular diagnostics
* Mandatory experience in molecular laboratory field
* Strong experience in maintaining and developing customer relationships
* Native in the local language; English and other languages are advantageous
* Account Manager role requires approximately 70% travel
