Job Purpose:
The Product Specialist in Hematology will play a pivotal role in driving the success of GSK's innovative hematology portfolio by delivering expert knowledge, strategic insights, and exceptional support to healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of product strategies in alignment with GSK's values and business objectives.
Main Accountabilities:
* Support to execute and ensure compliance with the Brand Plan in accordance with the company's strategic guidelines and the PN;
* Prepare activities and materials adapted to the local Marketing Plan strategy and the needs of external and internal customers (e.g., sales network).
* Support the Brand Team, integrating all areas/functions involved and ensuring their coordination and alignment;
* Ensure that communication between the sales and marketing area is fluid and adequate;
* Maintain contact with key clients in order to understand client and patient needs;
* Adaptation of global marketing strategies to the needs of the local market. Guarantee fluid communication, clarifying the strategy to be followed by the sales network to facilitate the achievement of objectives, as well as with other departments involved (medical, market access, digital, etc.);
* Attend forums or participate in brand teams;
* Manage the promotional budget to maximize investment, following the product strategy and company guidelines;
Basic requirements:
* University degree in Health Sciences
* C1 level of English
* Previous experience in marketing or similar roles within the Pharmaceutical Industry with prescription products.
Highly valued requirements:
* Previous experience in hematology is highly valued
