Position Summary
Implement and conduct research and analysis to help Marketing and other areas understand their consumers deeply. Identify, generate, and communicate consumer insights and trends. Support marketing and other relevant functions by providing analysis, insights, and information that help understand the target audience—the who, what, and why behind their actions.

What You’ll Do
* Implement methods and tools to build knowledge bases supporting internal stakeholders in understanding consumers deeply.
* Ensure proper methodologies, guidelines, and standards are applied in all research studies, maintaining quality throughout the process.
* Gather data for consumer, shopper, retail, competitive, and customer analysis to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement research methodologies that support decision-making, relevant to OP or MBS processes.
* Conduct and synthesize analyses to support business and brand strategies, connecting dots across data points.
* Manage budget control, invoice checks, and report on actual and planned expenditures.
Mandatory Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or Statistics; an MBA or Marketing Degree is advantageous.
* At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, or Market Research, either at an agency or client side.
* Proficiency in statistical analysis.
Skills
* Organizational, planning, and project management skills.

* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM / statistics software for data extraction, segmentation, and analysis.
